Are you looking for a family workout?

We have about 3 months before the big rhino run,  Now is the time to begin training to get ready.
 
What can you do?
 
 
Start by walking everyday for about 20- 30 minutes straight for a week or two.  Gradually start jogging in between your walking.  Ex: Walk for 15 minutes then jog for 5 minutes, walk hen jog.  Eventually you can extend your jogging time.  As you get closer to the event you should try to jog 30 minutes at a time.
 
Other things to do is eat healthier and drink lots of water.
Find a friend to workout with you.
And have fun as you are doing it.
